I HATE THIS NAIL SALON!!! I’ve been here a total of 4 times. The first time I came I got a regular manicure and that was decent. The second time I came I got a fill in with gel nail polish. The next day the polish starting bubbling up like it wasn’t dry. I went back and the same man that did it redid the paint. The day after that it happened again! I came back and they fixed it. I decided I’d give them one more try because I needed my toes done STAT and they’re open on Sunday. So I made an appointment for Sunday at 11 am… why the heck did they start my toes at 11:48?

Critical: QualityIt was my first time going, I went for a gel fill in. I had to tell the lady multiple times that she missed spots that needed to be filled. My nail was already lifting up so I went back in and she tried to tell me it wasn’t when I could clearly see it was. It hasn’t even been a week and they are already lifting up. $50 for a fill in is a lot for these problems. It was my first time going, I went for a gel fill in. I had to tell the lady multiple times that she missed spots that needed to be filled. My nail was already lifting up so I went back in and she tried to tell me it wasn’t when I could clearly see it was. It hasn’t even been a week and they are already lifting up. $50 for a fill in is a lot for these problems. I don’t recommend and will not be coming back

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is horrible!!! They do not value their customers. I was waiting 40 minutes to get services done and 2 other women walked in to ask if they could get mani/pedi. The nail tech Tiffany said sure. They asked how long and Tiffany said after her meaning me. Once a nail tech (Helen) became available , she told the ladies to come have a seat. I said I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and came in before them. Nail tech (Helen) stated they had and appointment and they clearly did not. I’ve been a loyal customer for 17 years and I will never go back. If you are getting a simple service like a manicure and someone else walks in and want the works… they are valued priority and they come first ahead of you.. I went today with my sister/best friend, and they did a full-set and regular coffin on her, and it came out good. they kept switching us from chair to chair but it was okay. Price was good, For Full-set Regular Acrylic it’s $30 , $25 original price but she got them a little long. Took a little while to have our turn but it was okay, got her out fast.
