Waited 45 minutes for my appointment services to begin bc Anna was working on someone else when I got there so i cant give 5 stars. Since I asked for one person to do all my services, no one ever asked me if another tech could begin my pedicure. That made me very angry. My time is just as precious as the tech’s, right? . Had I been 45 minutes late getting there, would that be ok???? On to there services… I got a gel fill in, basic pedicure, brow wax and lashes installed. Anna did a wonderful job. I was well pleased with the outcome. She worked to fix imperfections from my previous services elsewhere and I left feeling confident in how I looked as a result of her work. I’m a new resident in the area and I rate places often. Other than the very late start, I’d recommend this place and Anna.

My experience at Lovely Nails was nothing less than amazing! Kristee is awesome and by far the best nail tech I’ve been too! She is a perfectionist for sure!! My wife and older daughter come here quite regularly. They get really good service and their nails look really good when they come home. Two weeks ago I brought my twin girls here for their six birthday to get their nails painted. So today I thought I might try getting a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, as a man I didn’t receive the same service they did. I was rushed through both services. My hands and feet were given little attention. I typically get clear coat on my toes but I wasn’t even offered the service here. My nails were not clipped well. Only the tips were clipped and a few of my cuticles still need more work. The owner who did my nails, was very nice but I left unsatisfied after a very sub-par experience. Many nail salons assume men don’t know if they are receiving good or bad service. Salons please, don’t make this mistake. I am not one of those men.

This place is awesome‼️I went here with my Godmother Princess and they took a lot of care with me and her . They had excellent costumer service they got to us quickly and I’ve seen them get to a lot of different people very quickly. They interacted with us very well I love how they did my nails and so does my godmother. They did my godmothers pedicure very well too .She only comes to them because everywhere else did her nails horribly. I know since they did my nails so well that I will be going there more often .
