The most terrible salon I’ve ever seen in my life. Btw this is about my mom so my mom had went in and she showed a simple design they said the could do it so she did. But when she finished my mom was like can you add the design that I asked for? Btw it was just purple nails with one gold stripe in the middle of each nail. Then the nail lady threw a tantrum and she said she was going to call 911 because my mom wasn’t paying but my mom never said she wouldn’t pay…. So the nail lady said I will clean your nails just leave my mom was like find she took like the cleaning machine ruined her nails then she said just leave… the worst service ever.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe WORST customer service… I Just got my nails done and they were TERRIBLE.. the polish was done chunky and he didn’t even wipe off the excess polish on the sides…UPDATE: I went back to get them fixed, the nail tech got furious with my concerns and started yelling at me in front of the whole store. Typically I go to Solace, but I find myself being over-charged for lower quality nails. I thought I’d try out this place since they’re right next to where I work. (Dunkin) When I came in they were playing my favorite Chopin piece and I already felt at home 🙂 Linda did a beautiful job and gave me exactly what I asked for, and quickly too!! extremely terrible service do not go here. the “manager” amy was extremely rude and very pre occupied while doing my nails.she walked away in the middle of doing my nails and did a full pedicure for somebody. very rough while removing the nails i already had on even after i told her it was hurting and would not soak it off when i asked her to because she said it would take too long. she cut the nail tips shorter the desired length i asked for and then got upset when i asked her to fix it. she was rushing me to pick my color , and the acrylic application was flat and there was no acrylic bead at the tip of my nail. when she was my shaping my nails i asked for a simple narrow square and she was getting upset saying i’m asking for something too difficult. i asked her if she wanted me to show her how id like it and she said “i am the nail tech not you” she then said if i don’t like it go somewhere else. i told her if i go somewhere else i’m not paying at this place and she quickly grabbed my hand and cut off all my nails before i could tell her how i would like her to fix my nails. she was very rude told me to leave. when i called to speak to the manager she took the phone from who i was speaking to and started yelling saying i told her i’m not gonna pay and said i was being difficult then hung up the phone while i was trying to voice my concern about my experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

Had my first pedicure ever here. The lady was so nice and worked very hard. My feet felt amazing. The spa treatment is great. They even provide a beverage of choice. We walked in and were seen right away. My feet feel amazing
