Lovely nails does not and has never offered waxing services. So, the complaints should not be directed at this nails-only salon!My nails are wrapped in silk. The owners (who are the staff) do an amazing job keeping my nails healthy and beautiful. And, the services are very reasonably priced. I also have never known any service provider to work around the customer’s schedule. I have known clients to be able to make appointments 7 days a week from very early in the morning to quite late at night. They realize people work and sometimes need flexibility. Be forewarned to not make an appointment if you want gel nails. Since this process is so detrimental to the nails, this service is not provided. You will love the owners of this salon. They are kind, flexible, and very professional.
