Worst nail experience I have ever had. I visited this shop twice in one week. The first time wa great. The nail tech was quick and did a good job on my nails. The problem is I chose a color that I hated. So, I went back to change the color; but since it was DIP Powder, I had to do them over. No problem. The second nail tech was rude from the start. No problem, I’m just here to get my nails done and I’ll be on my way. When she asked if I wanted to change the shape, I told her no. Just need a new color. I was just here Tuesday. She seemed frustrated by my response. Sorry lady it’s what I want not what you want. It wasn’t until she finished filing that I noticed that she made them shorter and UNEVEN! When I pointed that out, she became enraged. Started yelling at me. Accusing me of trying to get free nails. I have never been so disrespected as a paying customer in my life. She stormed off and I had to ask the owner to finish my nails. I happily PAID my fee and left. Never will I ever go to the establishment again and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Customer Service is clearly not the priority here. The owner did nothing in response to how his employee treated me. Not even an apology.

This place is the absolute best nail salon that I’ve ever been to and believe me I’ve been to many. The people are very friendly and do exactly what you ask. The salon itself is always spotless too! It is so good that sometimes there’s a little wait but I tell you it is worth it! I rate it a 10 of 10.

Had a terrible experience was told to come back in a half an hour which I did. All I wanted was to take off my acrylic nails. The manger told me that they were closing but continued to take me after the fact of me waiting. In the process of him taking me he was asking me questions on who did my nails an why couldn’t they take it off. I proceeded to tell him that if he was closing an did not want to do it then he should have said something an not taken me. Long story stort decided to leave due to him having an attitude. He was having breathing issues with his attitude. Terrible customer service if I knew they were closing I would have came back another day. Would give zero stars if it was an option. The manager was rude unprofessional.

I held off on making this review but after today, I need to share my experience. Went a few weeks ago, their pedicure service offers no exfoliating of the legs, hot towels or stones which completely shocked me…every basic pedicure ANYWHERE at least offers exfoliating scrub at the bare minimum. I also had my mother getting a acrylic set at the same time. At the time, they came out “decent” but only a week later, they all popped off like press-ons.

I had an appointment which they respected and only waited for 5 minutes. Very nice salon! I had a fill and a pedicure and they used warm stones and an awesome foot and leg massage. Oh yes, I will be going back!
