Horrible! One place ruined my full set. Next day they started chipping and breaking off. So went here to get them off. I told them it was acrylics with dip polish. The lady went to attempt to take pinky acrylic off with an unused acrylic nail and I said it hurt. She still pushed and it bled. I kept pulling hand back and she kept pulling towards her then had the faith to assume I still wanted her to do a gel set on me. Did not want to accept the word no. Now a day later and my pinky nail is killing me each time I try to wash anything or use right hand for smt simple as driving. Where the line is on my nail is where my nail is lifting from skin and it’s a long line. They are not advanced here and do not know what to do with dissatisfaction. It wasn’t the Kim but the other woman which I don’t know the name of but there’s only two ppl there. So obvious to point out. Will never try this again…….. will be driving all the way to allston where I used to live for better service and experience

First time customer and I was pleased. Kim did an excellent job on my nails. Unlike some places that rush to get you out the door and take the next customer. Kim was very professional and took her time making sure that everything was perfect. Reasonable prices and friendly atmosphere. They welcome walk-ins but it is best to call to make an appointment.

Terrible I literally don’t write reviews but I actually cried, Kim did not do my nails well and she didn’t care, I said I didn’t like my nails because it did not come out right like why are nail salons like this even in business, terrible for acrylics, I would not recommend. They seemed nice but inexperienced. My nails came out terrible smh Visiting my family in the area and decided to stop and get my nails done. Got a UV gel fill-in set. The lady who did my fill-in was extremely slow, she took over 2-hrs, for a fill in! The other nail tech did a fresh full set on a different lady… she started hers after mine and finished an hour before my lady. To make matters worse, the nails were lumpy. She did not file them down properly and so they were uneven throughout. The lamp she was using to dry the gel also wasn’t working properly, so the polish wasn’t dry and when she touched one it smudged and when she attempted to fix it it peeled off completely. This was probably also because she piled so many layers on. When I get my Uv gel sets the techs usually only put 2-3 coats then the top coat, this lady did 4 or 5 coats and 3 layers of top coat, NO EXAGGERATION. Anyway, she goes to file away at the nail that was messed up and the dust flies everywhere, landing on the other nails. But because they weren’t completely dry the dust stuck onto the polish. Instead of fixing them, she just put another layer of top coat on. I remained calm and tried to explain to her that top coat won’t fix it because it was dust stuck onto the polish and it needed to be removed. But rather than fixing it she continued to pile on top coat after top coat, & had the nerve to look annoyed that I was asking her to fix them. The nail polish was also applied sloppy, the sides of my nails were bare. I left with my nails looking like they were done by a random person on the street with no experience, lumpy & missing polish on some sides. They looked as if they were old nails that had been through some wear and tear. Even more insulting was the fact that I paid $75 and when I complained to the other nail tech who took the money (who seemed to be the boss), her only response was “oh, I will do them next time you come here” smh The whole session was a waste of time and money. Smh My whole thing is, if you don’t know how to do something, don’t offer to do it. I would never go back there, nor would I recommend anyone I know to go there.

I don’t know what these people are talking about that this place does not do good eyebrows. They are crazy. I have been coming to this salon for years. No one does my eyebrows as good as Kim does. I always come here. She does good nails and toes as well. I have no complaints.

The wait is unbelievable. My acrylic nails were not even, I told the lady to fix it and she tried but failed. There are some gasps and bumps that are pretty much noticeable. They look like someone with no experience did them.
