Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMade an appointment and still had to wait a half hour. When I sat down in the pedi chair the arms of the chair was covered in someone else’s nail dust. The lady got an attitude when I asked her to please clean the area.Three times I had to ask to remove gel polish from my hands, not even around nail. My nails look like a ten year old painted them.The owner kept trying to up sell me to the dip and other services. I asked for a regular pedi and when I got to the register she doubled charged me.She raised her voice and said I GAVE YOU MASSAGE, I didn’t ask for it and all she did was run a wash cloth up and down my calf.So disappointed, I really would like to support local business. Critical: QualityI received a pedicure here two days ago. From the outset I told the guy working on me to not cut my toenails too short since I had a problem with that the last time I was there. I don’t know if he understood me because he did cut my big toenail too short which became painful especially the next day. On close examination I noticed an abrasion in that area probably caused by the nail file. If you do go there, request one of the women there. I received a pedicure here two days ago. From the outset I told the guy working on me to not cut my toenails too short since I had a problem with that the last time I was there. I don’t know if he understood me because he did cut my big toenail too short which became painful especially the next day. On close examination I noticed an abrasion in that area probably caused by the nail file. If you do go there, request one of the women there. Don’t uses the guy!
