I had a very very bad experience in this place worst place ever awful customer service the owner was very rude she refused to take credit card and ask for cash when I told her to go get some cash she said no let your husband get you money so I told her to keep my ID until I got her the money and when I got her.the money she charged me more than expected I got a dip powder for 50$ For only one hand with tips and they keep my other hand actual nails and my nails aren’t even Also I got very bad gel nail polish on my toes

I’ve been going here for a couple years. They all do a great job. I get so many compliments on their work and their spa is always clean. I would say their popularity is growing so making an appointment guarantees you get a spot. Walk ins are sometimes disappointed because they are booked and you have to leave or wait. I recommend them 🙂

It was a nice and friendly when I first arrived a lady named tran did my eye brows upper lip she was great then I sat down to get ny pedicure and at first it was going good then the older lady says you want color i say yes white tip then she shows me a list of different prices I said I want basic please she says To me is it your first time Yes i say Well after asking me 2 times to get the higher better pamper experience I say no lets do basic for now each time she ask. I say Noo Ugh gggrrrr nope she gives me the works $28 later I left very upset I pd but I will never go back Its not the price she actually did a great job on my toes its being pressured to do or being tricked into something you didnt want the sad thing it was a nice place and very close to my home #disappointed

I’m very disappointed in this place. I literally called to set up an appointment and asked how late they are open and they said 7 so then I asked if I can make an appointment for 6 and she goes mmmmmm no. She didn’t even know what the appointment was for…. like it could’ve been waxing and took less than 5 minutes. Very unprofessional and how NOT to get customers.
