I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS, HOWEVER, I went in with plans of a pedicure, full set, and waxing.. I left with just a pedicure that I honestly wish I wouldn’t have went through with…. the polish itself looks clumpy, super uneven, and all over the place, leaving some of the nail still exposed. No way does this paint job look like it was done by a professional. There is so much more, but I feel as though this is the only thing I can SHOW to others. Currently at a new salon to get my toes fixed, as well as my nails done and waxes done that I anticipated on getting at Lovely Nails. I tried to do the whole “support local” thing, but I would much rather pay the extra money in gas and go to Athens. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I am never the one to complain. I hate feeling like a Karen. I come here often, and never had any issues. Today I came in, wanted just simple French tips. Didn’t get to even pick which kind, sns was chosen for me. They guy who did my nails was nice and talked with me the whole time, he did mess up my right thumb but I figured if that was the worst then that was fine. Then the man who comes to do my toes while all this is going on, never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted. Stopped mid pedicure to go smoke a cigarette, never once wore gloves, Never once scrubbed my feet, never put lotion on my legs or feet, or even tried to trim my cuticles. He did put a hot towel on after the man doing my nails told him too. I never ever leave reviews. But the whole time they all where arguing with each-other. The guy doing my friends nails walked off mad for a while when she told them what she wanted and they couldn’t bully her into getting what they wanted to give her, like the way they did me. I left there paying $81 and still tipped. Paying for a not even a real pedicure just gel on my toes, and my feet looking like this. At least i hope it was gel. I could have saved my money and done this myself. My nails look so grainy.I’m still cleaning out glue from the back of my nails. I HATE TAKING PHOTOS OF MY FEET, but these are just too bad not to share.

Asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. Wanted French tips on both. Young lady with long fake eyelashes decided to do my already SHORT TOENAILS in COFFIN style!!!! What in the hell. She gave me pointy toenails digging deep into my nail beds till they were sore. See pics below. I will NEVER give this place my business again

I do not recommend. Been here several times hoping the next time would be better. We’ll this last time was the worst. Took my mom up here with me and they had someone who was clearly a beginner do her nails. They only painted one coat of dark blue on then the first one popped off two days latter then 4 days later another one. They gave me the bald nail tech who swears he has 20 years experience and is rushing as fast he can saying how good he is. He did the dip tip color and put color way too far down my nails and my nails only lasted a week. I don’t think what we got was worth 130. The pedicure people act like they don’t want to do your feet and they really are cluttered in there and I did not notice the first sanitary thing. The only good thing I found out of this is Happy Nails down the road. I will never go to or recommend this place.

Came in with my friend and we both sat down at the same time and got pedicure #3- the gel one. The manager lady who did my “pedicure”, was done in 15 minutes, compared to my friend who enjoyed a nice 30-40 min foot massage and actual pedicure. Worst place I’ve ever been. Absolutely will tell everyone I know to NEVER EVER come here. Terrible service, rude employees, awful quality service it’s laughable

I have gone here 3 times. First time so-so, second time great, this past time a disaster. The man was too busy speaking with another man sitting beside him, was half paying attention, would start the dip process and then look away for over 30 seconds. This happened numerous times during the entire process, making it over an hour long ordeal. In the end, my nails are different lengths, filed crooked, and the dip doesn’t cover the whole nail. The last gloss coat didn’t cover the entire nail either. I will not be returning.

My girlfriend and i went to get a pedicure together. got the exact same one and she was done 20 minutes before I was. RIPPED OFF !!!! My daughter came to this place today with friend to have their nails done for homecoming. They were both ripped off save your money and go somewhere else! I’m a local here we’ve been to every nail salon in Banks Crossing This place knew they were taking advantage of kids. Polish change & s&s nails $97 give me a break. When my daughter said something they fussed her out and treated her like a dog. They paid for $200 of service that was originally told $70. This would be the last place to go in Commerce CROOKS & THIEVES

The finished product is sloppy. THEY DIDNT CLEAN UP THE CUTICLE. AND IT LOOKS RUSHED. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I spent today, I feel things should be done correctly There’s polish all over my toes and cuticle is not taken care of. I got a pedicure, set with gel, and eyebrow wax.
