I always bring Julie pictures of something I saw and she nails it every time! She even offers suggestions sometimes to enhance what I wanted or when I don’t know what I want. It shows that she learns her clientele. Same thing with Hannah… I don’t think I will ever find anyone else who does awesome pedicures AND the most relaxing foot/lower leg massages. Make sure you don’t get Ethan!!! He cut my finger and made it bleed while filing soooo rough! kept hurting me and burning me and then telling me to stop moving when i was being completely still. Every time he hurt me he said it was my fault. Make sure not to get him as your technician! Acrylic nails

I know this place does good nails bc I used to use them all the time but this time I wanted to bring my neices for mani and pedi…when I called the guy on the phone pretended to make an appointment for me but I know he didn’t bc he didn’t even ask my name! If I wanted to walk in and wait I would have. Then when I got there they seemed bothered that I wasn’t coming for a mani pedi myself and the guy at the front was rude. Not friendly and poor customer service skills. He also said they don’t do designs on reg polish which is new to me as I’ve gotten them done many times before.

This has to be one of the rudest nastiest nail place that you can visit. They had a client prior to me waiting 2.5 hours and then tech said he wants to go home and not service her and for no apparent emergency or reason. I have been here a few times because I liked the previous owners but this new mgmt is terrible. They address clients rudely and disrespectful. Doesn’t give you a clean feeling either. Then they talk in Japanese about clients and laugh right in your face. They are in the service industry and there are many other nail places locally. It’s not like you are giving free nail services. Get out of this business if you are going to treat your clients so bad! They get mad when you walk thru the door. I asked for a specific tech and he put a face as if I was bothering him. Then I said first available because he acted so rudely. I was a consistent client for years but you will not ever get another dime from me or my family and friends. Shame on your service levels, you are nasty and rude! Do yourself a favor and go to other local places! I have!

I wish I remembered the name of the lady who did my nails so people can avoid her but i wanted long acrylics and she cut it before i can look and see if i wanted it longer and tells me i have to pay an extra 5 to glue the cut pieces back on which was like ok whatever but then she didn’t even remember what color blue i asked for and asks me if i remember the number and got a completely different color i asked for and i showed her a picture of what i wanted which by the way was not a complicated design it was baby blue french acrylics and i got an ugly shaped sky blue nails.
