Nails felt rushed. Nails are uneven, a variety of lengths. The nail extension is not placed on my nail fully so I have gaps in between the nail extension and my natural nail. The price says full set gel polish $40 and up but because I got a nail extension aka fake nail it was $50. First experience here and I will not be coming back!!!! Elvin also did my nails

My daughter went to this nail salon and her nails came out horrible. She had asked for a design and the lady who had done her nails did a smiley face and a heart on both of her two nails. The smiley faces on her finger were not symmetrical and the lines for the mouth transitioned from thick to small. The smiley faces were also crooked and it looked poorly done. The lady had done another smiley face on her other finger and it was also uneven. The lady had also done a heart and you could barley see the curves of the heart

At first when I went to them they were super nice but when I start going to them more often and I ask for a design that I want it they couldn’t do it or they overcharged even with that 15% off they still charge you 105 150 those nails that I have in the pictures were 108 brand new when I went for a fill and they talked in their language and it was still 105 for a fill-in sad don’t go there fake smiles act like that your friend never giving them my business ever again and I tip Big smh

Critical: ProfessionalismOlder lady with glasses did a good job on myGel Pedicure, but when trying to replace a broken acrylic nail on my thumb she accidentally broke my real nail in half. I told her it hurts but it seems she was rushing. She offers to cover it with gel polish or glue a new acrylic nail, or come in after 3 days to fix it . Never apologize. Good price but not worth it. Although they get you in and out, the odds of you having a quality outcome is 30%. Most techs will go through the process as if they know what they’re doing but actually don’t. You usually don’t find this out until you leave to better lighting or try getting lashes off and figure out they are glued to your freakn SKIN!!!
