Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the WORST place I have ever been to get my nails done. I asked for dip powders and they took it upon themselves to give me gel polish with acrylic powder. Said it would be better for me. Also I asked for the most simple thing, glitter ombré on ONE nail. She said my nails weren’t long enough. Also the lady next to me asked for a French manicure and the woman working was completely dumb founded. She ended up painting her nails completely white. This is the WORST place I have ever been to get my nails done. I asked for dip powders and they took it upon themselves to give me gel polish with acrylic powder. Said it would be better for me. I will definitely be going again for sure! Super professional and super clean. Really nice owners. Since it was my first time here one of the owners gave me a free design on my nails for my manicure! Critical: ProfessionalismNew to the area and wanted to treat myself. Been hoping to find a place like the nail and spa place I went to frequently before I moved out here. This is not it! Brought in a brand new bottle of OPI I’m Not Really a Waitress for my pedi and was given back a half full bottle of Bogota Blackberry. These are not the same color.Never have I ever had a salon openly steal my nail polish from me. Your a salon, if you don’t carry it and like the color than go across the parking lot to the beauty supply store and get it. Stealing it from your customer is low and they can’t say it was busy as I was the only person in the place on a Monday afternoon. Guess I’m out a bottle of nail polish and still looking for a good high quality nail salon. I was in Moline for work and looking for a place to get my nails done before I went on vacation. This place had good ratings so I tried it. I got a gel pedicure and manicure. I am very picky about people taking their time when they paint my nails so there are not any missed areas and the color has enough coats. I had a nice gentleman who started my manicure and an older lady came by to look at his work and then kicked him out of the seat and took over. He was doing a decent job, but I was already seeing a couple of spots by the sides of the nails that were missed, but I didn’t say anything. Anyway, when the other lady took over (and I have no idea if she was the owner or just an employee), she fixed everything and did an excellent job. Probably the best manicure I have had in terms of perfectly covering my nails. After a 7 day vacation at the beach and almost 3 weeks later, my toes and finger still look great! No chipping! The only issue is my nails are growing so I’ll have to get them re-done. I really appreciate the perfectionism of the lady that worked on my nails and didn’t let me leave with a job I would not have been totally happy with even though I would not have complained. Definitely would go back and I give them 5 stars!

We had a terrible experience at Lovely Nails 2. We made an appointment for 5 pedicures two weeks in advance. We get there and they were 20 minutes late. When we go back to get our pedicures done we were all seated at the same time but they only had two people doing all five pedicures. One person in our party waited with her feet in water for over an hour. They had to change her water twice bc it was getting too cold. One of the employees actually got up in the middle of one Of our pedicures and painted the nails of a walk in client. We were there for over two hours and there was never one apology. We of course will never go back and if it weren’t for some of us having to use a gift certificate, we would have walked out. I do not recommend this unprofessional place to anyone seeking a relaxing pedicure experience.

I’m very unsatisfied with the service here. Me and my friends had a appointment for 3 days and people who walked in after us got in quicker than we did. Upon entering both doors were wide open and while getting our nails done, bugs crawled around the establishment and nothing was done for a long period of time. The scenery was very neat and tidy but once equipment was used on our nails we observed the materials were filthy and unkept even if cleaned. The staff there were kind enough yet did not seem to listen and or care to what we requested. Staff also seemed to get distracted and used cellar devices and kept walking off. The most disgusting part of my experience was when someone who was working on one of my friend’s nails comes over to add fake diamonds to my nails without changing a pair of filthy gloves being worn before. I requested afterward if I could have some nail polish removed from my finger that was left there instead of my nail and the man who did so with so much grime on his gloves, injures my left ring finger from how unsanitary his gloves were and leaves me with my finger bleeding without an apology. Never coming back to this establishment. Disgusted and do not suggest coming here.
