She really ‘listens’ to what I say and does exactly what I ask for! She will offer her recommendations, when asked, but she is not pushy or insulted if I don’t take her advice (Although in the end, I always seem to come back do what she recommended in the first place, lol because she really does seem to know what’s best for me)! She is down to earth, genuine, and an overall positive and upbeat person! She is not only my hair stylist, she is also like my personal therapist…I can tell her anything and she never judges, and she always has good advice! You’re not going to find a better stylist or person than Laura! And with everyone’s Covid concerns right now, her one-person room is comfy, clean and safe! I know you will love Lovely Locks! I have been going to Laura for 10 years now and she is the absolute best stylist I have ever had! She really ‘listens’ to what I say and does exactly what I ask for! She will offer her recommendations, when asked, but she is not pushy or insulted if I don’t take her advice (Although in the end, I always seem to come back do what she recommended in the first place, lol because she really does seem to know what’s best for me)! I waited in my car until Laura texted me to come in, then was greeted at the door where she took my temperature, and was handed a brand new robe out of the cabinet when I got into her space. As always, it was lovely to catch up, and I felt safe the entire time, wearing my mask while Laura wore hers. Her tools came right out of a UV sanitizer and the space was sparkling clean, even equipped with a bottle of sanitizer spray on the counter. My hair is as good as always when I leave Laura’s chair and I feel 100% better than I did walking in! My first trip to Lovely Locks was great! I waited in my car until Laura texted me to come in, then was greeted at the door where she took my temperature, and was handed a brand new robe out of the cabinet when I got into her space. As always, it was lovely to catch up, and I felt safe the entire time, wearing my mask while Laura wore hers.
