Critical: ProfessionalismThe reason why i didn’t use this business: I bought a groupon voucher to get a gel manicure at this place and the woman who answered when I called to make an appointment was so rude and just said call back tomorrow and hung up on me. Right after that I went back on groupon and canceled/asked for a refund. If they are this unprofessional on the phone I cant imagine what they’re like in person. The reason why i didn’t use this business: I bought a groupon voucher to get a gel manicure at this place and the woman who answered when I called to make an appointment was so rude and just said call back tomorrow and hung up on me. Right after that I went back on groupon and canceled/asked for a refund. If they are this unprofessional on the phone I cant imagine what they’re like in person. Will never be going there.

They are super nice in here but the quality of my pedicure was disappointing. I had to ask my tech several times to paint over the WHOLE nail and not leave the corners out. I had to ask also for her to clean up the paint and glitter that got on my skin. Very messy. She didn’t pumice my heal very well and when I showed her, she shrugged it off. I picked out a pink color from the samples and the color she brought over was dark red. I was convinced to pay for the $35 pedicure instead of the $25 option for a longer massage, but that was also a huge let down. She was sweet but that couldn’t make up for everything. I wouldn’t come back.

Cindy did an amazing job! Very thorough and applied more coats than other nail places normally do. Also friendly & easy to talk to. Overall the salon is clean, hygenic, and really cute. Definitely will be going back!

I love this place! This was my first visit, and I will be back. The shop is clean and very hygienic, which is often a concern with other shops. My nail girl “Thu” did my gel nails and did a beautiful job. She is a perfectionist and made sure they were perfect as well. I am very happy with the service I received…. I was treated so well while I was there. They are very personable and it truly was such an enjoyable experience. A big 5 Star from me!

Don’t go here! I purchased a Groupon to this salon and after scheduling an appointment, I showed up to the salon and the owner tells me the lady that does Groupon manicures is out on vacation. So she offered me to do my nails herself for the same price. I agreed. Just as soon as she started doing my nails, a regular customer came in and she went over to hug and talk to her. Quickly she came back to do my nails and hurried through everything. She did not even cut my cuticles and the manicure was poorly done. I could tell she was in a hurry to get done with me so she can go help her regular customer. A few weeks later, I schedule an appointment again to use my Groupon. I arrive to the location at 4:45pm and the place is closed even though on the door it says it’s open till 6:30pm! Very disappointed with this place and would not recommend for anyone to come here. If you want a great Groupon manicure, go to Capital nails in downtown and ask for Jessica. She’s amazing!

Went there on a groupon. But it will be my go to place. Cindy was fabulous. She did an amazing job and she talked to me and made the time go by so fast. I had a great conversation with her. I over tipped because of the groupon and the great conversation. We will definitely be back. Not a super foofy place but nice and clean and AMAZING staff.

I am visiting from out of town and wanted to get a pedicure with my mother. So I find this place on Groupon since the reviews seemed great. I then call to make an appointment for the BOTH of us to get a pedicure at the same time. First, when the woman on the phone found out I found them on Groupon, she didn’t want me to buy it there but rather go through her. Sketchy. I already bought it though, so my appointment went from “come in now” to 3 hours from now. Okay, fine. When we finally got there-guess what, they took a walk in right before our appointment! So three customers and two pedicurists, do the math. The woman there tried to get us to sit down all nonchalant. I asked her if there was another pedicurist in the back and of course there wasn’t. When I told her I specifically made an appointment to be at the same time, she told me there was a third person but she went home due to an emergency. Liar. Okay, fine…. but they took my number when I made an appointment so they could have either called or not taken the walk in. In short, awful sketchy business. No apoligies issued from them either. I will tell everyone I know and post on all social media about their poor service.

The ladies that work there are super sweet, i went in to get one nail fixed and a pedicure and it looks horrible. I had to come home and try and fix my nail myself. I won’t return unfortunately, they are super close to my house so i was really excited..
