He has dimentia and loves getting a pedicure here. I usually join him when there’s time. The massage chairs are wonderful. The staff are very kind and patient with him, especially Cal. Sometimes it’s a long wait, so call ahead.

HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! SUE WAS NICE, BUT WHEN I PAY ALMOST $160 FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER’S NAILS AND TOES. I EXPECT MUCH MORE! MY DAUGHTER HAD NO PROBLEMS AND SHE WANTS TO GO BACK. I went here because the reviews seemed like it was a good place and my friend got her nails done here and they looked pretty good. So I went in and I wasn’t seated for about 40 minutes and when I was I just asked for a clear set, nothing special. As she was doing my nails her e-file was all over my skin and the acrylic was all in my cuticles, I called before hand and asked how much it would cost and it he lady charged me and extra ten dollars for what? Making me bleed? No ma’am… a couple days later they already started breaking and lifting and they were crooked and they just looked terrible… I don’t recommend.. the customer service is terrible and they didn’t want to fix the the ten dollars that I needed for school lunches and gas money..

I didn’t even end up getting anything done here. I wanted a manicure and pedicure (basic for the pedicure shellac for the manicure because I wanted the magnet cat eye polish). They didn’t talk to me for 10 minutes, then when I was finally acknowledged they said it would be a 10 minute wait (which would have been fine. I hadn’t called ahead so I expected a wait) and when I asked about the polish I wanted for the manicure she told me that it would be “very hard and not recommended”. Meaning even though they have the entire product line for that polish none of the 7 people working there were proficient in doing it (which is a bad sign seeing as I’m not a nail tech and yet I taught myself the technique on how to use the magnet in a day). I was still willing to give it a try but after being ignored for 40 minutes (30 more than they told me when I got there) I decided to just take the hint and leave.

please save your money or go another place if you want to feel like your nails got taken care of… It took literally 5 mins for one of the owners to get my nails done. I have never had a nail place not taking care of cuticle before polishing nails. she was just rushing through the process to get the next customer….. I mean it looks better when I do my nails at home. I would give them 0 star if I could!!!

I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done! I just love everyone here. It’s like Cheers… you walk in and everyone knows your name!! Plus they do a great job and can do designs better than anyone else I’ve seen!
