Critical: CleanlinessHave been using them on and off for a few years never had an issue until this last time. Eyebrows were fine when I left but a couple hours later I got a burning sensation on my forehead and noticed redness that still hadn’t gone away. I prefer not to thread my eyebrows as I feel it’s more painful so I had asked for wax (which they offer). My brows are fine in shape but I now still have wax on my face and in my hair. I wouldn’t recommend because I’m a mess after and now have to fight this wax off of me where as I never have had to do elsewhere.

As a guy with huge eyebrows and have never done anything to them, this lady made it look like I actually take care of myself. Maybe not the best thing for a carpenter, but it’s nice. Hurt like hell but very satisfied with the price and result. My lady REALLY likes my eyebrows now. Might have to start going regularly now.

Absolutely horrible. I used to go to the lady, Eklahs, kiosk across from Chick-fil-A to get my eyebrows threaded. Since she is no longer there, i decided to try this place. ..big mistake. Not only did they make me bleed several times but they pulled so much out, i literally have one rectangular eyebrow and the other is a triangle on the end! I told her and pointed out the different shapes and she didn’t even apologize. She just said that I’d have to wait for the hair to grow back! Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 2 years and i have not bled in all that time!! DO NOT GO HERE! They are not able to make simple lines.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded over 5 years now and I’m always scared to try someone new. I was hesitant at first since I’ve recently moved to Abilene and it was my first time getting it done in town. She did an excellent job on my eyebrows and i will return!

I literally went yesterday and got extensions, and woke up to half of them already off.. I’m not a crazy sleeper, listened to all the precautions and took amazing care of them.. overall I’m very disappointed to have wasted my money on a days worth of eyelashes.

I was a walk in this weekend for lash extentions . Was turned away due to persons absence until tuesday. Again i walked in, i wasnt asked what service i was looking to get and just sat down tilll i was acknowledged, I wasn’t. i go home and decide ill call later . well i did and she said they werent doing them today so i told her i was told they were but that it was okay when would they be in to do them and she goes sometime next week . Thanksss for the service. So no appontments strictly threading is your guarantee here and they do great in that area !

Kabita did an excellent job on my eyebrows today! I made sure to show her a picture of my natural/desired shape and she provided me with exactly that. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded at many places but no one has put as much effort into perfecting them as Kabita did today.
