Stay away from this business, but if you decide to buy any products, make sure you ASK FOR RETURN POLICY before buying anything- DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. I purchased a melasma home treatment at this local and changed my mind on day 8. When I got the product, I didn’t get a paper invoice, so I didn’t know the return policy. It turned out that it was seven days to return the product or exchange it for a different one. My problem is that I’m traveling a lot and have decided I shouldn’t be peeling during this time. I don’t understand why they give you just seven days; I haven’t used the product at all, and the esthetician knew I was in the process of moving. I think companies should show more compassion and understanding for their customers. It hurts one customer, but you can lose many because of this action. The product is COSMELAN 2, which they charged me $500 for.
