As it’s 90 degrees out anyone with thick hair understands you have to thin it year round but it’s unbearable in hot weather. The stylist here refused to thin it out stating it would make her hair puffy and only trimmed split ends and charged her $10 for that. I just can’t believe it, how rude. My elderly mother got railroaded. I’m so upset. This stylist will never get my families business again.
