Just like with other reviews in here I got my hair cut super short by raquel, when I specifically told her to just trim the ends that I wasn’t used to seeing myself with short hair ,I look like a troll from the back,I’m not sure what’s with all that bragging she does about her performance when is so obvious the lack of knowledge, and just to ruin it even more I asked her for light brown base color with highlights well she left it black with highlights when black is my regular color.i did mention to her that because my regular hair color is black she had to use a very very light brown base so that it would pick up the color well I’m sure she noticed that she left it the same black base that it was and try and fix it by over washing it for 25 min with some clearing conditioner they normally use after done with color so that hair comes clear brighter color but still didn’t work. What a waist of 200 dollars and almost 6 hours just to mess it up. ♀️..i’m never going back to this place. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED

They are very nice here even though they take a while to do acrylic (about 1.5 hours-2) i didnt mind but its sad to say when i did my nails the last time regular short acrylic the girl said it was 24$ but i always get them for $17 . I felt the nail girl was dishonest and didn’t tell the owner the was charging more, i said did ur prices go up she said ya but i checked online , , they updated their website actually with the same price list. I feel taken advantage of and Im Not coming here again after coming for over a year.
