The skin specialist is awesome. She’s sweet and gentle. However, I have to rate this place 1 star for whoever is answering the phone to take appointments. She’s rude, careless, and unhelpful. That’s very unprofessional for such a good place. I hope whoever at the spa read this post can make changes to this. At least she should say something nice besides asking questions like “no worried” “thank you” “you have a good day” “I would recommend this…/that…”
