Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had the opportunity to work with Isabel, and she was amazing! Right off the bat, she had such a nice and warm way about her, and was so friendly! I let her know I had heat sensitivity issues, and she handled it so well! She didn’t make me feel bad or awkward about it, and was really good about checking in to see if I was okay, without it being too much and almost drawing more attention to it (which is what has happened in the past, and it almost makes it worse). She was more than willing to answer all the questions I had, and since actually taking care of my hair is newer to me, she went over all the new stuff I would be using and how to use it as many times as I needed to feel comfortable with my new routine. My appointment with Isabel was the genuinely the first hair appointment that I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. I had the opportunity to work with Isabel, and she was amazing! Right off the bat, she had such a nice and warm way about her, and was so friendly! I let her know I had heat sensitivity issues, and she handled it so well! The salon is VERY nice, clean with a lot of space, and I loved how they had a strict policy with COVID precautions keeping everyone safe. I went in not knowing what I wanted, and Katie assessed my hair and cut it with my natural texture. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to style it the same way… but to my avail, I can do it just the same! Best haircut I have ever had! Super friendly place! The salon is VERY nice, clean with a lot of space, and I loved how they had a strict policy with COVID precautions keeping everyone safe. I went in not knowing what I wanted, and Katie assessed my hair and cut it with my natural texture. I got a haircut from Isabel Poppy during COVID 19 and was extremely pleased with the safety measures in place. They took my temperature before I came in, cleaned surfaces before and after I was near them, and they made sure everyone was watching hands upon arrival. Isabel is fantastic and I was so grateful I trusted them with my curly hair! I felt taken care of, at ease, and my hair is so happy. Love salon is such a cute place on Hawthorne. I got a haircut from Isabel Poppy during COVID 19 and was extremely pleased with the safety measures in place. They took my temperature before I came in, cleaned surfaces before and after I was near them, and they made sure everyone was watching hands upon arrival.
