Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThere a little bit out grown cause I got them done last week but I really love the service that she does she’s really kind and has a lot of patience since it’s only her working by herself I always go here I brought my sister in with me and she let her free style her nails how ever she wanted and she also LOVED her nails and she said she will never go to another nail place again I also have showed her many difficult nail designs and she gets them exactly like the reference photo I have gone to MANY salons and they usually bad or they rush to do your nails but not this nail place she takes her time and makes sure you leave the shop happy with your nails. I came here for the reviews. 1 star for the friendly service BUT the lady that did my pedicure was horrible. She didn’t apply paint across the entire nail bed, didn’t cut back or push cuticles, and I made the mistake of getting a flower. I think my 3-year-old could have done better.

I called spur of the moment minutes before opening hours and was welcomed to enter. I received a spa pedicure with a paraffin wax add on and a shellac manicure. I also requested a simple design on two fingers and two toes. I felt respected and the manicurist Loan took her time. She was personable and thorough. I paid a total of $60 not bad, roughly boils down to less than a dollar an hour. I would go back if in the area. I live in Auburn.

All of the women that work there are sweet and kind and truly make sure you’re satisfied with whatever service you get done. If you want good customer service and don’t want to get ripped off. DO NOT COME HERE. SHADY OWNER. I came in for a pedicure. I got the basic one that was $20.she painted my toe nails and she said I was done. Didn’t let it dry. And I asked her do I get a little massage? She said she don’t speak English. So I asked the owner. Simple question not in a rude way. She raised her voice and said she said that she did give you a massage. Well obviously She didn’t and of course she’s not going to tell the truth. She doesn’t want to get in trouble. I just wanted to know if it came with the pedicure. It’s fine not a big deal I just won’t tip her. The massage is my favorite part and I didn’t get it. the owner was trying to argue . Didn’t tell me to have a nice day. She didn’t greet me either so not surprised. I spent $51 today and usually I bring my girls with me. I will be supporting another business that respects and appreciates their customers.

I brought my daughter here for a fill and to repair 3 broken acrylics. Our usual place (Nail Trix) was too busy that day sadly, so we opted for Lovely Nails as it was near by. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! I prepaid for my daughter’s fill ($40 total with the $10 tip…for acrylics mind you) and asked how much to have my pink & white gel filled. The lady told me it would be $30 for mine, so not terrible. I had to leave because my little one was sick and had to pick him up from school. I told her I would be back and left. When I got back to pick up my daughter I could tell something was wrong. I asked her why she was so upset. The lady was very aggressive with the broken nails apparently, and really hurt her hands. She just wanted to go home, so I didn’t get mine done that day. A few days later, I figured since it was closer I would go for my fill. It was the worst nail job I’ve ever had. She literally burned my nail beds with the electric nail file. Ripped off part of my pinky nail, and was very rude. I was expecting something very different. The nails looked like those ones you press on from the dollar store. I was so upset. I was less than pleased to say the least. I went to pay and the lady joked around and said “oh my boss said you are tipping me $20, you are so nice!” I was very shocked by that and remarked “no, definetly not tipping that much I’m sorry…” but I always tip well and left a $10. So I gave the lady a $20 bill and took out my credit card to cover the rest. I told her to put the remaining cost on it. Mind you they told me it was only $30 for my fill a few days prior. She charged me another $20. So I basically paid $50 bucks for it all. A day later I had to take my daughter to the doctors because her hands were in so much pain. She had some kind of infection in them. We removed the nails, and she got meds for it. A few days later we had to go to urgent care. She was diagnosed with a moderate MRSA infection. Sadly the infection made it to her nose and now we are dealing with that. Now, we can’t say with 100% certainty that she got the MRSA infection from here. HOWEVER, we definetly can say she got an infection from the nails. Please don’t chance it. This place is probably the worst place I’ve ever been. I will never go here again, and I make it a point to tell all my friends to go elsewhere!
