Critical: Punctuality, QualityThe quality of service here has really gone downhill. It takes a very long time for them to start manicures/pedicures when you come in, even when they are not busy. Then, once they finally start, they rush through and do a terrible, sloppy job. This has happened to me the past four or five times I have been here. If that wasn’t bad enough, their gel manicures (which should be lasting 3-4 weeks) are done so poorly, that they only last a week before they get noticeably chipped. I have been a customer here for years, but will be taking my patronage elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing. The quality of service here has really gone downhill. It takes a very long time for them to start manicures/pedicures when you come in, even when they are not busy. Then, once they finally start, they rush through and do a terrible, sloppy job. This has happened to me the past four or five times I have been here. So I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like people from out of town need to know the experience. I came for a pedicure and they did not offer a pedicure book to select a pedicure, just put water in the bowl and start working on my feet dry. They said to remove callus was a $10 Upcharge which is normally apart of the pedicure service I thought. I did not receive a massage, just lotion rubbed on my legs quickly and that was it. I paid $45 total. The pedicure itself was okay.. it’s just the service behind it wasn’t great and no special treatment or what normally comes with a pedicure for the price.

Awesome pedicure. Great job with affordable prices. My toes felt so clean after coming here. I took spa pedicure with sea salt. They did an amazing job. No too much wait and clean service. I will definitely come back.

I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in a chair right away. Helen created a full ombré acrylic set for me. She was so friendly and checked in with me throughout the shaping process and the color fade. I love how natural they look. She’s a pro. I will definitely make an appointment with her for my fill and next set!

Extremely extremely disappointed in my experience. I spent way too much on a pedicure that didn’t even last 48 hrs. I got my toes done Tuesday night and by Thursday night is was peeling and nearly 75% of the polish was gone!! I have been getting pedicures for over 20years and this was by far the worst experience. Sadly I was already on vacation when it started to peel and nearly all come off. I will no longer go to this nail salon.

I am sitting in the pedicure chair as i write this review. This would be my 2nd visit. Moved from Texas and in search of a nail salon.This happens to be close to me and thought to give it a try. Ambiance is ok,no soft or relaxing music. No preamble just pick a color and sit. Pedicure chair was not too clean.Atleast before you ask someone to sit take a quick look to be sure it is alright. Was not shown the remote for the massage chair or asked if i wanted it.1st time pedicure was by a gentleman who did ok. Nothing special. I decided to give it a second try hoping to get a better service. This time was done by a lady. She just went straight to work without asking what kind of pedicure i wanted. I had to pause to ask for their booklet simply because i do not like surprises price wise.Cuticle was barely removed(i know i will be doing that myself once i get home) which is ok since i did not see her open a fresh sterilized tool pack. Everything came from a 3 tier drawer which did not give me any view so i could not tell.
