I went in to get my nails filled. The guy took less than half an hour and you can tell it. There’s acrylic up the sides of my nails, the color doesn’t cover my entire nail, there’s marks where it looks like the polish didn’t cover in the middle of my nail, and he nicked my cuticles several times. I am not going back and definitely won’t recommend Love Nails.

I waited to write this review because I know how significantly it can impact a small business reputation to receive a negative review. I’ve been a customer here for a few years now and hoped the service would improve but it hasn’t. This is an appointment only salon ran by a husband and wife team. The wife is very sweet and does an excellent job. The husband on the other hand has an atrocious attitude towards people and acts like he hates life.

I had a bit of an issue with the nail lifting at the top, but after I went back in they were so nice and fixed it, no problem. They thanked me for coming back, and explained to me what had happened. Very sweet owners, will definitely go back.

Critical: QualityThese are some of the worst nails I have ever had. I liked them until I got to my car and realized how streaky they were. They even bubbled after I left. I’ve had iffy experiences here and kept going back but not this time. I was rushed out of the door. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here. Way overpriced for the service I got.
