I used to go to this location once a month…about 10 years ago. About 8 years ago, management changed. Then the people changed. I stopped going there about 7 years ago was because the person who did my nails, was beyond rude. He openly insulted me. So I did my part, paid, and left. Today I tagged along my mom who went there. The entire space looks different. Not the comfortable look t used to once have. The people are new. We walked in and told the first person we saw what we wanted. She asked us to sit. Then another person comes by and starts yelling, in English, to the working people. Asking why we were asked to sit when there is no opening. So my mom spoke in and asked if she should come back. That same rude lady, without looking up, and continuing to be verbally rude, said “whenever you can”.
