I honestly should have not paid. They’re bulky and misshapen. I think i was in disbelief. They said the same girl would have to fix them, but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing well enough to make such a lumpy mess in the first place. I will now have to pay for someone else to fix them.

Customer service was rude. I read they were open per Google at 9AM. Called for an hour to make an appointment. No answer. So I drive from another county to walk in. They were open when I arrived and I was greeted by a lady who asked if I had an appointment. I stated I didn’t because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. She stated “no one has been here so obviously no one is going to answer the phone “. Extremely rude. She asked if I could come back at 11 for a pedicure.

I didn’t want to give 1 star, this wouldn’t post without at least one. Paid $45 for mani/pedi with attention to cuticles. Absolutely the worst manicure/pedicure I have ever had. Ragged cuticles left on nails. Toenails not polished in the corners and polished to just above cuticles. The worst ever. For the most part they were friendly except the pedicure fellow, he had no social skills whatsoever, and everyone in the shop acted like they were in a huge rush to get people out of there. That said, I didn’t pay for friendly, I paid for a simple manicure/pedicure to attend a special occasion, I was sorely disappointed. They were the worst.

I showed a picture of what I wanted and got a cheap wish app version. I am embarrassed my nails look like this. Don’t cover my real nail, way shorter than I wanted. All of them are super crooked and look like they are pointing up. The girl didn’t even push back or take away any cuticle. I don’t usually complain but this is the worst acrylics I have ever had. They didn’t push my cuticles back either or clean any of the instruments before or after they did my nails. I wish I could give 0 stars!! I got my nails done on oct 6 and today is the 5th of nov… no refill done as i didnt have the money till today to do so… i have never had my nails stay on for more than a week! Im rough on nails! Jimmy did an AWESOMESAUCE job on them and they r gel btw!! Ask for jimmy!!
