2 stars because my friend’s nails looked fine. I, however, received the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had here. I have white gel cured on my skin, misshapen nails, and fuzz/hair cured into the gel on my thumb nail.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityA friend and I went for a nice, relaxing girls day out. I was not impressed. We were over charged for a slop job. They were very rude right off the bat, rushed through mine, my friend was left waiting while the nail tech took cigarette breaks during service. Not gentle at all. Acted very hasty if asked to do more than the basic. (Like adding glitter) I had a hair painted in to my nail. A friend and I went for a nice, relaxing girls day out. I was not impressed. We were over charged for a slop job. They were very rude right off the bat, rushed through mine, my friend was left waiting while the nail tech took cigarette breaks during service. Not gentle at all.
