I’m disappointed to say the least. 🙁 This salon was recommended to me by a friend. This is my 3rd time here. Each time seems worse. I got a painful, sloppy pedicure this time. Boiling hot water. It burned my foot. I’m not going to say names, but my nail tech did not seem very happy and was pretty rough on my feet. My big toes are red and painful. I’m ok with business-like and being quiet for a peaceful atmosphere but he was subdued and unhappy. More than once I winced and he never said sorry or was more careful. My heels are still pretty rough. I showed the manager. She did give me $10 off which was ok or had offered to do a re-soak by same tech. No way I’m going to have an all ready unhappy tech work on my feet after I complained! I’m a very forgiving person, but I gave them 3 chances. As others pointed out, the atmosphere seemed very glum and unhappy. Made me feel uncomfortable and depressed when I walked out. Won’t be walking back in anytime soon.

I got my nails done today by Bentley and I couldn’t be happier. I called in the morning and they managed to get me in within the next hour. I walked in with just a picture and not really knowing how to describe what I wanted. I picked out my color and they sat me down within 5 min of arriving. Bentley knew exactly what I was trying to explain. He listened. I’ve never really had a nail tech “listen”. I absolutely love my nails. The shape, the length, the color. Now that I found “my guy”, my shape and length; I can experiment with colors. Thank you Bentley for your outstanding service.

Went to got a dip manicure and they had added some new colors to their dip selection since the last time I was there. I chose one of those chrome colors. A normal dip manicure they usually charge me $45. This time they charged me $70! When I asked why is it so much more this time she said, “oh the chrome is an extra $20”. There were no signs informing their customers of that and the worker did not give me a heads up for that either before she did it. And where did the extra $5 charge come from? I did not add any tips or design or shaping. Needless to say I will be looking for a new place to go and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Just got a pedicure here. The massage and included amenities were really nice, however bummed about the actual nail experience. My technician never asked what I wanted, he just took the polish from me. Wouldn’t go there again.
