Critical: ProfessionalismMy roommate, sister, and I went to get our nails done. When we walked in there was no one at the counter to greet us. When someone finally acknowledged us, we did not get any sort of welcoming. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times to the services we wanted. They were only able to take two of us at first and both technicians were very unfriendly. They seemed annoyed with what we wanted, even though we didn’t ask for anything special. The technician working on my roommate’s nails ignored her when she said, “Ow, that hurts” when she was using the electric filer. The filing of my nails was super aggressive and again, they just seemed annoyed to have to do our nails. There was no small talk and overall, I felt uncomfortable the entire visit. My roommate, sister, and I went to get our nails done. When we walked in there was no one at the counter to greet us. When someone finally acknowledged us, we did not get any sort of welcoming. Critical: QualityI 100% do not recommend this place. I had asked for a pink-colored french tip but received the complete opposite of my expectations. I also felt very rushed, and the woman who was doing my nails was very rough, especially when she was cutting my cuticles. Aside from the experience, my nail shape was uneven, they were not filed down enough, and the french tip was incredibly sloppy. Not only this, but they made me pay $60 for nails they knew were nothing like the example I had shown. They took pictures for their “Instagram,” but they were not posted, as they probably knew it would make their account look bad. Not worth the money or time.I 100% do not recommend this place.
