I moved back to WV this year and went to the fancy new Golden spa in town to get my nails done. They did a terrible job, wouldn’t shape my nails the way I wanted and charged more than the salon I used to go to in South Florida. I decided to give Love nails a try because my mother used to go there when I was little. I was immediately helped and the nail tech took their time to ensure my nails were done correctly. And the price was fantastic.

This place was AWFUL!!!!!! I’m not from the area and booked an appt. at 11:00 AM to get my nails done for my wedding which was scheduled for later that afternoon. When I arrived at 10:55AM I expected to be seated right away or quickly as I had called the day prior to make this appt. Turns out that no matter what, they take walk-ins in front of you and you wait regardless. After waiting for about 45 min. for my appt. to being (yes, seriously, 45 min. of waiting on my wedding day and they were aware of this) I finally get into the chair, the gentleman begins my french manicure by trying to airbrush them…I was very clear I wanted regular polish, NOT airbrush. The guy didn’t seem to care, continued to try the airbrush, when I said that I didn’t want that again, he finally said fine he’ll use polish but it won’t look as good…..Excuse me??!! Does that mean you are confident to do a french manicure with regular polish and you own a nail salon?? Major issue right there. My nails looked atrocious for my wedding day, I ran behind on my entire schedule for the whole day due to this places incompetence. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
