Having the client send follow up requests and then telling them you were too busy to respond is unprofessional. Recently had my hair done by Gaby Claro and it was an amazing experience. She always does her best in taking care of the integrity of my hair (I’ve bleached my hair about 6 times before going back to dark) and gives me her opinion on the cut and shade that would suit me best (she always keeps in mind what style/color i’m going for) The salon itself is very chic with hints of minimalism, and the staff was very welcoming as well.
