I had the BEST experience with Michelle and Love is in the Hair! From the beginning, working with her was easy and fun. Our first phone call left me feeling like we were already best friends. The trial was great, she executed my vision and we spent almost two hours getting to know each other. But the best part was how she treated me and my wedding party on my wedding day. Michelle has a bright personality, she’s super social and so sweet and even ended up buying jewelry from one of my bridesmaids, who has a jewelry business, because she loved it so much!! She spent the time to understand what each of the girls wanted done and they all looked stunning. Everyone was super happy with how their hair turned out and commented on how relaxed and fun getting ready was. I was so nervous about my hair because I completely changed the style on Michelle (and by completely I mean from all the way up to all the way down and with extensions to without extensions) but she reassured me in the weeks leading up to the wedding and I could not have been more happy with my hair that day. It was comfortable and classic, but also super unique and fit my style. The combination of beautiful hair and her energy and personality made me a very happy bride. I would recommend Love is in the Hair to any bride getting married in Tahoe. Miss you already!!

From the beginning, Michelle has seemed like one of my best friends! For my engagement photos, I decided last-minute I wanted HMU and she graciously worked me into her day. Love is in the Hair is very responsive to emails, texts, and all communication. I felt like I was a true Tahoe bride from that point on! I knew I was in good hands for my wedding HMU with Michelle! She made me feel so beautiful by accentuating my natural features. I typically don’t wear a lot of make-up day-to-day and she knew exactly what kind of HMU would be best. Michelle was an absolute dream to work with. She’s been doing my hair for several years now and I knew the minute I got engaged I wanted her for the special day! From day one she was incredibly professional and organized. Everything was detailed out in advanced so I never had a worry as our wedding date got closer. The trial went so smooth, she perfected my color and recommended the best products to maintain it. Then the day of…!!! Her team showed up on time, dress professionally and prepared with every item possibly needed. All of the bridesmaids and moms ranted and raved about their MUAH. I was feeling anxious and had butterflies all morning but while sitting in the chair and talking with Michelle it gave me a moment to catch my breath and soak it in. She is one of the most positive and optimistic people ever and you can’t help but be happy and smile around her!
