Amanda is the best! I’ve been going to her for several years and do not trust anyone else but her with my hair. Cut, color, you name it, she is amazing. I even drive 45 minutes now to see her because she’s that good. Highly recommend scheduling your appointment with her!

Horrible customer service. I called to schedule an appt. Jessica answered and schefuled me with her. I unfortunately needed to reschedule. When you call the number for the salon and noone answers (all day) it is a mailbox for the owner (Meggan) & the voicemail is full, therefore you cannot leave a message. Some stylists have personal phone numbers on the website, some don’t and some stylists are not on the website. Good luck getting someone to answer and if they do you better get their number because you have to jump through hoops to get back in touch with them. The stylists profess to be Christians, however this was not what I have encountered. I finally called another stylists who works there, (Amanda) on her personal number and gave a brief description of my situation. I could not schedule with her until September. I told her I was going to think about what to do and call her back. Now, when I call back she declines the call. I’ve left a voice mail and received no call back. I have been a stylist and am unfortunately now unable to work in this field. I find this experience very unprofessional and disheartening on many levels.

I started using Meggan for my wedding hair updo 8 years ago. Lately we had been going to those “Quick cut/walk in” places for my sons hair cut and were never happy with it. Meggan has cut it a few times now and we will never go anywhere else! She is professional, fast, GREAT with kids, and honestly more affordable than the “quick” places and my sons hair looks fantastic each time. We won’t ever go anywhere else again! Highly recommend this salon!

I was in search of a new stylist and Kayleigh was referred. I went, had good conversation and what I thought was a good haircut. Once I got home and had time to look over it, I realized my ears were not cut out as I requested. The hair next to the front of my ear and my hair across the front was uneven and some was untouched. I told her up front that I was picky and I had to have a good hair cut. I texted her and told her it wouldn’t take 5 minutes to make it right. This was a Saturday. She put me off until Thursday. I worked late and missed that appointment. It was at 7:30 but the shop closes at 7. I have texted several times and no response. If you don’t do what I ask you to and then proceed to not reply to me, then it’s time to move on. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find someone to cut my hair. It’s layered all over with my ears cut out. My hair is thick and I’ve had the same cut for a long time because of that. Frustrated! If Kayleigh is reading this message, please don’t bother responding. You have my number and have failed to respond to any of my messages. I have an appointment Saturday with my old stylist. I live in Monroe and wanted someone close by. I changed jobs but I will drive the hour to get my hair done right. I should have done that to start with and not gone to Kayleigh. I hope this is your name. I can’t find your card but I hope you have a great day and try to listen to what people want and actually follow through. I should have known when I first called and left a message and nobody called me back and I had to call 2 more times just to make an appointment. Not very eager for business. Oh well, rant over! I will never go back! My review is on point. I texted and got no response. Please get your facts straight before you make any comments.

Critical: Punctuality, QualitySet an appointment via messenger to come in at 2pm. Once I walked in I was told to come back at 4. I asked why was I given an appointment and she stated they were behind because a braider didn’t show. I was about to ask for another appointment and was ignored. Very unprofessional.
