My daughter did a number on her hair with the intentions to remove extensions I myself put in. The service that was provided was warm and caring considering that it was important to me that we get it fixed to the point where she still felt like a girl. That was her biggest concern. The cut and style was perfect. She is so happy and so am I.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to the salon this was my 1st experience to get a relaxer the girl with the blonde hair that is usually in the middle dropped relaxing in my face just missing my eyes and didn’t even apologise. She was rude and so is the owner zulecia she sits at the 1st station by the door she had an attitude just because I wanted to use my own products . These females made me feel uncomfortable and lied about pricing. I will never again go here. I went to the salon this was my 1st experience to get a relaxer the girl with the blonde hair that is usually in the middle dropped relaxing in my face just missing my eyes and didn’t even apologise. She was rude and so is the owner zulecia she sits at the 1st station by the door she had an attitude just because I wanted to use my own products .
