Requested a color with highlights, Lex suggested just a color and it resulted in very dark root and crown but then dirty blonde ends. Decided to put a few highlights on crown to blend better. Highlights turned out red, so now have dirty blond ends, dark crown with red highlights. Called the next morning and lm that I would like to rework color on crown. Never received call back. I called late that afternoon and was told it would be two weeks before they could get me in. Very unhappy with services and would not recommend Lexy or this salon for coloring services. Robin did a fantastic job with my bridal hair! My hair was painstakingly curled to perfection and I had plenty of hairspray to hold in my floral hair comb, which did not budge one bit throughout the ceremony or reception.
