I gave 3 stars because the customer service was great! The sisters are nice and pleasant and the little baby is too adorable ❤️. My braids looked great when they was finished, and within a week my hair was coming out of the braids. I’ve only had them done for 2 weeks and a few of them in the front had to be taken out because they was hanging on by a thread of hair. The style was great, her speed was great but the front was done wayyyyy too tight and the middle was done with a rush feel.

I can say they’re professional far as being on time which I like. I dislike that they over price for simple styles such as I paid $150 for crochet braids and recently paid $120 for 2 braided up buns. My problem was I gave a picture plus bought the jewelry just like the picture and she still did her own thing and did not put the jewelry or beads on. And she wasn’t even going to put it into the 2 buns even though the picture clearly showed 2 buns. I’m very disappointed and that will be my last time spending my money there.

My first time and my hair was damaged due to sew in for the longest and some glue was applied first. Honey they did my hair. I was so nervous and they made me feel so welcoming and did not judge me. Im going back today to get a retouch. I look forward to seeing them again.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueThe first time I came the owner was arguing with one of the workers and when asked what’s going on she got really nasty with me. I decided to try them a second time due to the location. When I came in they requested for metro pay up front and when everyone else finished they paid. I inquired about why I had to pay up fro t they ignored me. Very unprofessional and over priced. I called and asked for the price and was told $90 for my edges to be redone.
