Lou Golini an old school, Italian, Master Barber opened this shop 1960s. Lou has been promoted and is cutting hair upstair for the angles. He trusted the shop to me, Steve Fitzgerald, I hope to live up to his example. We do all sorts of men’s haircuts and styles, hot towel shaves, and beard trims. We have an original Ms Pac-Man which is free to play for all customers to keep the small kids and the big kids occupied while waiting for their cut. An antique 125-year-old Coke and Barbara chair sits at the shop. Lou’s old chair has been refurbished put back to use. Weiler’s barber shop up the street donated an antique kogan barber pole that we are currently refurbishing to put in the shop on display reviving a bit of the history of our town

Steve does a great job. He works with me and is very calm and patient and don’t mind my few extra requests. I have been going to him for a while. He does my hair how I ask and now has my cut almost by memory. I would still be looking for a barbershop if it was not for him. It will be a shame when I have to look for another barber when he retires.

I just brought my 2 year old son for a long over haircut and Megan was there. Megan did an amazing job, not only with the haircut but also with kid’s. The BEST barbershop east of the Mississippi. Steve is the only barber my son has ever known and always does a fantastic job! I get a straight razor shave every so often and I am almost put to sleep by how gentle it is and the atmosphere of his salon. Great job!! Keep up the great work Steve!!

Stopped in and had Steve the barber cut my hair and my son’s hair. Cool little joint in town. Old school vibes and cash only. Clean and friendly atmosphere. He sat me down and took the time to get a feel for exactly how I wanted mine cut. Did an excellent job shaping up my beard, again took the time to shape and level it up. He has other barbers working there and has apprentice barbers (in red shirts I believe) if you wanna try your luck and throw them some experience.
