I went to get my nails done yesterday after work as a walking, waited for long time to get seated as I expected for a walking right before New Years eve. I recommend making appointment if you got plans for the day. Their waiting list app was easy to use, people are friendly, place is clean and nice atmosphere. The price was decent. I’ll attach before and after pictures. The pictures before is what I did myself with glue on nails and red nail polish. After is their dip powder over my natural nails. I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

I had to wait 20 mins and it was well worth the wait! I got the Gel X extensions and I can’t remember who my technician was, but she did a great job! Love my nails. The salon was clean and all the staff were communicative, professional, and friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

Today was my first time at this salon and I’m never going anywhere else. Super welcoming and nice. Their online sign-in system was super easy and convenient to use as a walk-in. Both of my techs were fabulous and went the extra mile to create the exact result I wanted. It was my first time trying the Gel X extensions, which many salons/artists don’t have yet. I’ve never had the details and degree of perfection paid that closely of attention to DURING THE ENTIRE SERVICE at any other salon. That, and their commitment to sanitation is visible to customers! Thank you guys. Looking forward to coming back!

Twice I’ve had 9:30 AM appointments and I’ve been kept waiting over 20 minutes both times. I was never offered a discount or an apology by the owners who were both there when this happened. The tech did apologize and she does fantastic work, but I can no longer sacrifice my time for nothing in exchange. It really begs the questions why wouldnt you call your customer and say you’re running late or why even book appointments that early if your techs cant make it on time. A lot of the other techs have quit Lounge for other salons and I can see why. The salon is nice and clean, but the prices are extremely high when compared to other salons. I don’t mind paying more if the service is worth it, but when I have to wait over 20 minutes for an APPOINTMENT, the salon becomes not worth it. My time is valuable and I felt like I was treated similar to a patient in a doctor office. The owners knew I was unhappy because I asked out loud if the tech was coming in at all that day and I never even got a follow up phone call offering an apology or discount.

I came here for my first ever Gel-X and had a wonderful time. The nails lasted forever (almost a month!) and I loved it. I don’t remember the name of the lady who did it but I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back

First all.. they never answer the phone!! I had to go in person just to get an appointment, which wasn’t available till the following week. I saw Tina and she was the rudest nail tech I’ve ever had! I asked for a design and ended up not liking it, so I asked her to take it off, but that I was still willing to pay the extra $5 for the hassle. She took it off but didnt fix the nail after taking it off. I asked her to fix it, since she didn’t on her own, then she proceeded to tell me me I was “being too picky.” I pay extra to get gel polish, to avoid chipping and such, but I ended up having to return 4 days later because the polish on one of my nails had peeled off. When I returned they told me the same nail tech who did them needed to fix them. Tina gave me grief because I wanted her to use the same glitter she used before.. huffing and puffing towards me and called me too picky YET AGAIN! Extremely rude customer service.
