Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a full foil like I’ve done for years and thought Erin and I were on the same page that I wanted bright blonde like I always do. I had root grow out like normal and was excited because she states she is a blonde expert. She mentioned breaking up my grow out so it wasn’t so harsh and I thought she meant a different foiling technique. I stated no dark put in I just want blonde. I left with grey hair and dark roots and now I’m darker than when I went in. When I saw it I told her it was dark and grey I thought maybe lighting she said it would wash out. Being there was a full salon and being in a awkward position dealing with other personal family issues I left and immediately was upset. Being charged $300 and not loving what you got and leaving it to the hands of someone who is very qualified I feel upset. I text her right away and told her after looking more at it I don’t like it and it’s too dark I told her/showed here pictures of what I’ve been doing for years and she said there’s no way to achieve that with the dark I came in with. I didn’t have dark in my hair besides so slight light brown streaks from another salon that didn’t listen. I had dark roots which is normal and I’ve never had this issue before.
