My wife bought me arm pit hair removal deal for 8 visit that were suppose to be enough for permanent effect. Throughout the course I had four different technicians and all had different approach.

Had three separate treatments done at different times, one hair removal on my chin and another on my upper lip, and a teeth whitening session as well. Not a single treatment worked AT ALL. Walked out with teeth that looked the exact same shade as when I walked in, and I now have more hairs on my chin and upper lip than I had before. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were nice and the place is clean and pretty. Would not recommend due to the fact that I completely wasted hundreds of dollars on treatments that did absolutely nothing but make my hairs grow thicker.

Have been doing laser hair on my bikini line and under arms and have had great results so far! I have very thick hair, and get constant razor burns, and this has been a life saver!! I’m so glad it’s working for me. The ladies here are so sweet and I have nothing bad to say!

I had laser hair removal done here. After a few treatments I noticed patches of hair that wasn’t the same in reduction. I have now finished my treatments and have hair in those same spots still. The last technician told me that I can pay for more treatments to fix this, but I mentioned it multiple times during my treatments. So having to pay for more would be a little frustrating. I do like my results otherwise but having patches of hair that I either have to wax or shave kind of defeats the purpose of the treatments.

This is absolutely the very best Spa I’ve ever been to. The staff is absolutely incredible, and helpful. I can’t praise their hard work, dedication, generosity, and acceptance enough. Every time I have walked through the door I’ve been greeted with a smile and a genuine happiness. These people care enough to remember details of your life even with weeks between appointments. Always have a great experience here! Girls are sweet and they have great deals! Just a note for others out there looking at these reviews…laser hair removal is not “permanent”. Sometimes it can come back if it’s hormonal ect. You have to go in for maintenance. So Ignore the bad reviews regarding hair coming back. It’s normal.

@Teresa I had laser hair removal done by Louisville Laser 9 years ago. How well laser hair removal works depends on what type of hair and skin tone you have which Louisville Laser explained to not only myself but to you I’m sure ( that information was in the paperwork also..) The one area I ask for fewer treatments on grew back some sparse hair but nothing I would complain about. If you get the package deal one should know what the definition of “package deal” means before leaving a bad review.. Louisville Laser charging 50.00 dollars for additional treatment is NOTHING compared to what other Laser hair removal companies charge..

I have been getting facials from Brett @ Louisville Laser for 5+ years. She is FANTASTIC! My skin looks better now at 40 than it did when I was 35. She is gentle, detailed, and creates a plan for your skin with changes you can see. I can’t say enough about Brett and LL.
