This was possibly one of the worst visits I’ve ever had with a doctor ever. I struggle with eczema and psoriasis and came to get a re-diagnoses and find other treatment options. Instead, I got prescribed steroids; which is what my normal PCP could have done. Every question I had was dismissed and the doctor made inappropriate comments after I asked if a medication was safe to use while breastfeeding. This is so sad that this is the quality that people get when they have Medicaid. The only people who worked there that were friendly at all or even remotely cracked a smile were the receptionists.

The Doctor is great but the nursing staff is not so nice. One girl that works there was super rude to me when I told her I tanned when I was younger. She chastised me like a child. I just had a procedure done two days ago and after, when the Doctor told her to bandage the wound, she stuck a band aid on it. I am hoping to not get infection because I needed 8 stitches and around the wound is turning red. It needed more than a Bandaid.
