Critical: PunctualityWasted time scheduling an appointment and driving out to this business just to be skipped over and asked to wait longer. Notified receptionist when I arrived and was told that I would be called in as soon as the barber was done with haircut. After about 15 minutes of waiting outside one customer had been called in and a third vehicle had arrived. A man from the third vehicle walked into the business without being called in then walked about a bit later. That man was then called in with his son about a minute later. Five minutes later the receptionist walks out and asks me for my name then again tells me that I will be called in once the person is done cutting hair. At that time I had been waiting for about 25 minutes past my appointment. I then notice a sign on the door stating that only 2 customers are allowed in the establishment at a time. So two people had been called in within the time I was scheduled to be there and two people had walked out. I had been skipped. I don’t know if was done purposely but I find it highly unlikely that a place with such a small clientele list could mess up the order. Or maybe its just incompetence.
