This was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional nail experience I have ever had in my life. I called ahead to ensure that someone was available that knew how to do coffin shape nails with an ombre pink and white. I was reassured that they were able to do this so I went for an appointment. Soon into the appointment, I realized that the nail tech had no idea what she was doing and I attempted to stop the appointment. The person that seemed to be the owner, insisted that the tech was able to do what I wanted. Not only was I uncomfortable but the nail tech was extremely uncomfortable and frustrated by the end of the appointment. She had no idea how to do a coffin shape nor did she seem like she ever did a pink and white before. my nails came out terrible so I went home and filed them myself and now I can’t wait to get these fixed.

Lou Nails is the best nail salon in Bristol, VA! They do a great work, always friendly and cheap!! I have been going to Lou Nails for 12 years and I will not go anywhere else. I have tried other nail salons over the years and they couldn’t come close to Lou Nails!
