Rushed my manicure $35 wasted. The first picture is how at least 3 look. The pictures are hard to show but I will never go back. Even on Groupon the ladies do it better. She literally painted over my already nail polish I had that I did them, never filed them never anything. Lazy horrible job, I didn’t tip and won’t go back.

I made my boyfriend get the volcano spa while I got a mani/pedi. At first he didn’t want to go but he admitted he enjoyed it and we both had a great time!!! They had the best selection of pedicures but the tiger balm was what made me choose Lotus Zen. We will be back!

I’ve frequented this nail shop off and on over the last year or so. Each time is a different experience. Shellac manicure quality depends on the nail tech. Shellac pedicures are always done very well, no peeling or lifting until 3 weeks or so. Today I had a dipping powder manicure done by Tina, with whom I’ve had the same before. I was very disappointed. You can see the “burn through” filing in the pics below. Three different nails have these white marks from over filing. The nail bed shape is lumpy and not natural looking. I’ll return for pedicures, but don’t think I’ll ever be back for a manicure of any kind.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came today with a friend and got a Mani-Pedi. Seriously the best pedicure I’ve gotten in a long time. I did the Zen pedicure, and it was awesome. The most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. The manicure was amazing too! I loved how clean and safe it was in the shop. And I can’t wait to continue this as a monthly thing.

Love this place very clean and they don’t rush you. I always get gel nails and the deluxe pedicure. I also get my facials done here by Nancy. 30 minutes for $30 bucks! She does a great job on eyebrows as well.

This place is amazing. it is a drive, but let’s just say Nancy was so amazing on my spa pedicure that included a hot stone massage, I will be driving 30 min a month just to get a monthly zen pedicure. Very clean. The only drawback is the distance and the fact that they were playing the news, but other than that the service was great and this has to be the best looking pedi I have ever had.
