Update: Maybe contacting the local news media and alerting them to Elizabeth’s activities will get things done. Maybe then she’ll respond and repay the money owed to customer’s she doesn’t reply to. As a mother who is suppose to set an example, you are a cheat and liar! Next time you complain to your clients about your son, look in the mirror. Pre-paid services are NOT refundable, you just lose out on your money.

Serious scheduling issues. The person I worked with never followed up to get an appointment set up. My wife and I had to call multiple times. When we finally got an appointment set months later they canceled on us less then an hour before the appointment due to the massage therapist was sick. Considering the appointment was at 1pm I feel like I should have been notified when they day started not within the hour of the appointment. I was told they’d call back to reschedule, which they never did, a reoccurring theme with this company. Never actually got a massage here, so idk about the quality, but with how little effort is put forth on trying to help customers I feel like it wouldn’t be a good massage anyway.

Elizabeth cancelled my appointment less than an hour before and refused to refund my money. Total fraud. Says to contact her for a refund but when you call nobody answers and the message says to send a text message. Sent multiple text messages and never heard back. Also sent a direct message through the website and still never heard back. The owner will reply to one star reviews within a day but will not issue refunds or callback for months.

Booked 2 hour massage for my husband which was supposed to be $120 and therapist changed appointment to 90min but still charged $110. Not to mention he was unprofessional and was not a good massage. Be careful booking here. Very strange.
