When I used to come the technician was really quick and good. Last couple of times I’m there it’s been horrible. The techs cannot thread properly. I feel like the job is half done they’re never able to thread eyebrows properly. I asked her to fix it a few times (it was still too thick) but she wasn’t able to do it. It’s disappointing it seems you’re not training anyone and just hiring anyone to do eyebrow threading. The price is also not cheap for the level of quality you get.

I have gone twice to this salon and so far the poor service I have ever seen. Salon is neat and well maintained but the employees doesn’t have any kind of professional experience. The prices for waxing are way too high and which I think is not too worth it. This place is close to my house so wanted to give it a second try and I still how come this salon has 4.8 rating. Please don’t go to this salon expecting the service to be qualifying enough for that rating.

I’ve been a couple times and experienced good service. This last visit I got a facial, threading and brow/lash tint. The brow/lash tint wasn’t as good as it was in past visits. It’s only been 3 days and my lashes and brows are already faded and that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars.
