The ladies here are consistent and always give a good Mani/pedi, I can usually get in within 30 minutes of calling. They do an excellent dip manicure, and the place is clean and bright and comfortable.

I’ve been going to Lotus for years, since I worked in the area and I could get a pedi during lunch. I changed jobs 6 years ago and continue driving back to NE Broadway because they do great work, they’re kind and I don’t feel like they’re talking about me in front of my face. I love the selection of polish, I always get gel and the polish stays without chipping. It’s clean, quiet and relaxing.

Positive: QualityI have been here several times for manicures and pedicures. Excellent service. Clean environment. They are following the Covid -19 protocols with masks being required and practicing social distancing. I was appalled to find this NOT to be the case at Plumeria Nail Salon where several employees were not wearing masks even though they advertise that that they are REQUIRED. Irresponsible and dangerous to be putting their customers at risk. I have been here several times for manicures and pedicures. Excellent service. Clean environment. They are following the Covid -19 protocols with masks being required and practicing social distancing. First time experience was awesome! Lani did an amazing job and listened to me when I described what I wanted. I walked in at 6pm, 1 hour before close but I did not receive any bad attitude for walking in so late. Lani was cute and fun and was excited to do a cute design that I had asked for. Many other salons I have been to act very impatient when I ask for anything above one plain colour, so this was refreshing to me. She seemed genuine, instead of just making conversation to boost her tip like some technicians do. I appreciated her sincerity. My nails look great, I am very thrilled!!

I’m a perfectionist so it may not be fair that I’m giving a 4 star review. Kevin did my full acrylic set. He was patient and good at his job. I even ruined my nail TWICE and they kindly fixed it for me. Everyone was sweet to my kids and they gave me a student and cash discount. However, I paid extra for files that I never received so I’ll be charged next time I return. Also, my right thumbnail acrylic didn’t reach over my entire natural nail so it’s a bit deformed. Like I said, I’m a perfectionist. Nice little shop with good customer service though.

This place is awesome. I’d been having a rough day and really just wanted a nice, relaxing pedicure. I forgot to ask the gentleman his name, it wasn’t Kevin. Oh man. That was the best pedicure I’ve had in quite some time. The salon was nice and quiet, I was given a warm neck pillow during the pedicure…I almost fell asleep. This place is a diamond in the rough. There are plenty of nail salons to go to up and down Broadway but Lotus is a small slice of heaven. They also do eyelash extensions, tinting, and waxing. 10/10 would recommend and will be back VERY soon for a much needed manicure.
