I can not say enough praises regarding Lotus Spa & Nails! This was my first time visiting-as my “regular” local nail spa could never seem to fit me in. I must say how impressed I am with the professional atmosphere, the client care, cleanliness and the skill with attention to detail! Qui did my nails BEAUTIFULLY! He gave me a new full-set, gel polish with gorgeous nail art, and topped it off with a mat finish! Exactly what I asked for. Stunning work. See my pic below. I didn’t catch either of their names but the woman did my fill in/shape and color and the guy (her husband, I’m guessing) did the design and they both did such a good job. I told the guy I wanted a Halloween design and he delivered with his own creativity which I loved. I also love how it’s a small mom and pop place so you know you’re supporting a small business. I just moved to the area and I’ve definitely found my new go to place. They were very nice and accommodating to what I wanted. I didn’t catch either of their names but the woman did my fill in/shape and color and the guy (her husband, I’m guessing) did the design and they both did such a good job. Usually only go to Lotus but they couldn’t get me in so I decided to try a different place who completely overcharged and messed up both my nails and my daughters so bad that 6 days later the acrylic was lifting up and we needed to get them done again. Thank you for fitting us in tonight and fixing both our nails! You did amazing work on my daughters nails! Will never go anywhere else..

I was traveling for business when my nail broke. I was looking for a quick solution to fix my nails before i went home to my local nail place. They were great in accommodating me as a walk-in client. They quickly removed my dip polish and were super nice! Place is very clean and had many options. I highly recommend! Polish removal

I used to go here all the time because I go to college right next to this salon. I am not one to write bad reviews, but the new management is God awful. They are nice, but every customer in there had an issue with their nails. First off, they do not schedule you well. I called ahead and made appointment’s and when I got there they were 15 minutes behind. No big deal, except they took a walk in before me. Someone else sitting in front of me had to get their nails redone because she didn’t like it. The owner was kind about redoing it, but charged her extra for it when they have a sign that says they don’t have refunds, BUT they would fix anything within three days of getting a service done. The cherry on top was a woman that came in and said that her gel pedi was missing a paint coat on the right foot. The colors were clearly very different shades, but the new manager said that it was the color of her natural nails underneath, which is not true. She did end up fixing it though.
