Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was visiting the area and noticed all the local salons didn’t have great reviews, so I went with this one because the interior pictures. The salon looked totally different inside and was messy and the nail tables were very close together. I got SNS… which took 2 HOURS!!! Usually only takes less than an hour. The business was very chaotic and the techs were talking to each other the whole time. The lady I had, who I believe was the manager/owner didn’t even make conversation with me (which I find rude). The photos attached are ONLY ONE WEEK after getting my nails done. I’ve have two break off, they are always really grown out and are lifting from the nail bed. I have never had such bad quality before. Definitely a waste of 65$. I was visiting the area and noticed all the local salons didn’t have great reviews, so I went with this one because the interior pictures. The salon looked totally different inside and was messy and the nail tables were very close together. I got SNS… which took 2 HOURS!!! Usually only takes less than an hour. I went for a mani/pedi after my friend spoke so highly of their services, and mentioned they give great (long!) massages. I actually had the exact opposite experience. Everything felt super rushed. They barely even clipped my cuticles, just went through the motions and nicked each finger a couple of times. Same for the filing, they barely even looked at the shape, just ran a file over each nail a couple of times. And they didn’t even soak my hands/fingers AT ALL before starting my mani. They just slapped on some cuticle oil and started “clipping”. I got a gel mani which is SO thick and running off the edges of my nails onto my skin. I also asked for “square” shape for both my nails and toes. None of my nails are square, and my big toes are completely different shapes! Will NEVER go back!!!TERRIBLE!! In this case, I would like to warn folks to stay away from this establishment. Five days after a manicure, my cuticles are red and painful. They were nicked over and over again after insufficient time with cuticle cream on them. They were never soaked. I now have developed hang nails on most of my fingers.One of my toe nails was cut until it was bleeding.After a horrible experience where no one apologized for causing lacerations on fingers and toes, the owner tried to charge me more than what was quoted to me. My daughter had a similar experience, and we both listened to the technicians speak in a foreign language the entire time. We felt talked about, not to mention disregarded about how we wanted our nails done.My worst mani-pedi ever!
