I like coming here. It is very clean and they have a lot of colors to choose from. They do a nice job on my nails. I have brought pictures of nail art I liked and they are always willing and able to do it. It can get really busy so an appointment might be a good idea if you don’t want to wait around during the busy times.

Love this place and even through a pandemic they are so cleanly and detailed. They also have wonderful time management and reservation system to minimize wait time in the store. First thing you do is wash your hands before checking in, they have plexiglass between you and the tech at both the manicure and pedicure chairs. Also very easy to pay/tip contact free with Venmo or other similar apps. Highly recommend for a great manicure and immaculately clean space.

The first time I went to this nail salon I loved my experience. The nail tech was very nice and professional. This time, she wasn’t there and I was given Hannah. She was nice, but I had a horrible experience. I went home with 6/10 fingers bleeding and was still charged $85. I was in pain the entire time she was doing my nails. She kept filing my skin and making me bleed over and over. At one point, she noticed and just dabbed it with a cotton ball then continued. I’ve never paid so much for a set before let alone one that made me bleed for 2 hours.

update-I discovered that they assigned me to the different person from who I made the appointment with based on the recommendation at my first visit. my thumbs bleeded next day and hurt for several days afterward.

I went here once before and had a great experience. This time I thought I would take my partner too. However it was a very poor service today. I booked the appt at 4:15 for two pedicures. We showed up at 4:18 and we started our service at 4:40. They spent a total of 15 mins our nails and said they can’t do a full pedicure that I asked for because we need 40 mins for it??? (The salon closes at 6pm) so didn’t understand the issue.

Don’t go to this place for dip powder ombre. Though they were accommodating for us walking in, I’d prefer they had been honest about their skills. I came in wanting dip powder French tips. I showed her the first picture attached and she assured me she could do it. My nails look nothing like the picture. It took about 2 hours, in the middle of the process it was clear she didn’t know how to get the ombre look, finally got the hang of it and still it’s not a clean job. My thumbs and certain fingers aren’t even ombre. Parts of my nail are just clear without white or pink. My thumbs are all white. The nails are lumpy and the square shape is larger than my actual finger. I got these done two days before taking the pictures attached, but it looks like my nails have already grown out because she didn’t apply it closer to my cuticle. I also tried to tell her the shape wasn’t looking like I wanted it and she told me she’d fix that after and to tell her if the length was okay. After two hours, I had to leave to make it to where I was going as I had prior commitments to get to. I had hesitation when I was leaving but didn’t say anything. I scheduled an appointment online two days later to get them fixed. The nail tech canceled my appointment when there were plenty of openings, texted me saying she’d fix them at no charge but criticizing why I never said anything. She rescheduled me from when I booked online for an hour later. Then canceled that again. Then she texted asking me if 2:45pm worked, I took 20 minutes to respond that it did, and suddenly that slot was taken as well. She clearly didn’t want to admit she doesn’t know how to do the technique I wanted. I shouldn’t have tipped her well. Wasted $90 on nails that I’m having to get done again at another place because Lotus is not accommodating. I gave them a chance to either fix my nails for me or give me a refund, I was told I can have 25 refunded to get them fixed somewhere else in time for my flight…? Never coming back here again. My flight is in two days and they prioritized scheduling new customers this weekend rather than fixing the issue with nails they already did. Don’t go here if you want anything more than a regular gel manicure. Definitely not ombre! They may say know they know how to do it, they don’t. Then it’s your fault if you didn’t tell them what you didn’t like them and there and let them take another hour of your time.
